My college life is rich and colorful. When I was a freshman, I reported to many community organizations. I often organized students in the Community to give lectures to them and organize outdoor tourism and other activities. People who have been involved in the training are really good people, and they are very happy to get along with everyone. They can also make many friends, which are valuable treasures in their lives. Then I chose to be a volunteer administrator in the library for a year and a half. Every day, I am mainly responsible for the shelving, borrowing, and returning of books. Although I feel a little boring, it is a pleasant thing to be able to infect that strong learning atmosphere in the Library Manager every day, they can also encourage themselves to read more books, broaden their horizons, improve their comprehensive capabilities, and constantly expand their depth and breadth of thinking. In college, not only did I learn more, learn more wisdom, but more importantly, gradually clarify my interests and directions in my life, so that I can find my way forward.

My friend's speech ignited my dream.

Previously, I worked as a salesman in a network company in Shenzhen, mainly focusing on the image promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises and helping them design websites. However, I only engaged in business, not technology. By accident, I chatted with a high school friend who worked as a web program in Beijing for two years and learned that his monthly salary had already exceeded. I was wondering: Why can he get so much, but I can't? Why do I stay above my own living standards? Then he told me that he had learned Java and told me about some changes he had made after learning it. He told me that there is no big development space for running the business and that it is best to learn the technology and give yourself a skill. After hearing this, I was excited, and my dream was soaring. So I came over.

Pass wisdom, passion, and years as leaders, paving the way for entrepreneurship

There are responsible teachers who taught me the technology. Sometimes we will come back to ask technical questions that we don't understand. They will always give us enthusiastic answers. There are motivated students here. When I am here, I feel I am still young.

I think a leading person must be able to manage the team. Once he knows how to manage the team, he knows how to assist the team and how to develop the team better. I was positioned to start my own company and get along with others. As soon as I entered the class, I was asked to be the class leader. When I was a class leader, my management capabilities were constantly improved, and I took another step towards my dream.

Here, the students have only one purpose: to learn in a down-to-earth manner, rather than watching the fun. They all have a positive attitude. They regard this as their own starting point and let go of their dreams together!

Startup companies lay the foundation for my career

I am looking for a job as a startup company. I have witnessed how they came along step by step. At the early stage of its establishment, there will be many problems. Learning how to manage it will make things get twice the result with half the effort and know how to quickly solve the company's problems, through this experience, my management capabilities have undergone qualitative changes. Only by learning these skills can my future company management and enterprise development.
