In the online tutorial, The magento Code contains the file composer. json in the setup folder,
But for Mao github, there is no setup above. Is it the latest code that puts it under the root directory?
But when I copy it to setup and run php composer. phar install again, the following problem occurs?
I am not sure why the file composer. json is not found. Where can I find it? What should I do if I find a problem?
If you don't understand my problem, please instruct me how to correctly install the latest magento on github (the phpstudy integration environment is used in the local environment, lamp is used for online servers)

Composer. json file in the Setup folder
This should be a historical issue. From the Github log, the file has been removed from the version. Therefore, the tutorial you follow may be outdated.
