I like the current team very much.

R & D work is being carried out in the second half of the year. After returning from Taishan, a small project was launched. The current team is a combination of old, middle, and old, and young, although the ability and interest are not the same, however, I feel that the pace, efficiency, and effect of my work are very good.

Reasons for liking the current team:

1. The execution capability is superb, and you can do your best to complete the task.

2. The work pace is consistent, and teams write at the same pace. The efficiency is naturally higher.

3. You can see the progress. Every day, you can feel the progress.

4. The quality is better, and the points and surfaces of the test are better than before.

5. The plan is well controlled and tasks can be basically completed in the plan.

Currently, the number of teams is 5 + 2. We hope to achieve better performance in the second half of the year.
