Idea6 + tomcat5.5 develop web programs

1. Enter the project name web3.
2. Select compiler output path: Default
3. select a single document

The following are the most important steps:
Module name: web3
Module context root: Creates a new webroot directory by default.

Select the deployment directory
Select Edit configures (Tomcat is used as an example to configure the Application Service)
Add local
Select deployment label

Select configure
Then select Web module setting

This step is most important, idea default web path is the WEB-INF as the root directory,Each deployment only Copies files under the WEB-INF to webapps under Tomcat.

The directory structure is a little different.
