I think back to my experiences with over 500 people I have interviewed, and I would like to share with you briefly.

In fact, there are two main customers who develop software. One is the owner who pays for the software and this is the direct customer. Direct customers certainly want to buy products that can solve the problem with less money. The other is for the boss who pays you, and the ownership of the products is usually owned by the boss. Therefore, our software products must satisfy these two people. The success mark is that they love to use and promotion is good.
In fact, the enterprise needs to recruit talents to meet the above requirements. Let's take a look at the enterprise's expectations for "talent:
Since it is "talent" rather than "ruling", it means that every company is eager to recruit talented and talented employees. (Currently, many IT Enterprises in China want to explore and do not want to train them ). My "talent" features are as follows:
People generally have the following features:
1) be proactive and often discover problems and propose feasible solutions
2) be modest, studious, able to listen to any opinions of others, and absorb useful suggestions;
3) Good at summing up and improving, concise and effective reporting of work results and plans to leaders
Talented People generally have the following features:
1) love to study and study "why"
2) The problem is highly decomposed, so it will not sink into details and cannot extricate itself;
3) strong goals and planning
4) Strong time control capability;
As the saying goes, "a happy family looks similar, and the broken family has ten million reasons"
