IE8 cannot run JavaScript

The IE kernel is damaged by using the Javascript debugging tool ("Developer tool" in the tool menu) that comes with IE8. The JS Code in a program cannot run either, that is, extjs cannot run on IE8, but can run on Google's browser. I thought it was myeclipse's problem.
