Prior to configuring PHP in Windows Server 2008, a fastcgi installation file was installed, and when you installed fastcgi in Windows7 today, you were told that the version was not supported, and then you checked the original Windows Server 2008 The default is iis7.0,iis7.0 default fastcgi, so you need to download the installation separately, and the IIS version in Windows7 is IIS7.5, the default from fastcgi, only need to open a bit better.

Specific IIS7.5 add fastcgi to the following methods:

Control Panel → programs and functions → turn on or off the Windows feature, expand the Internet Information services in the open window → Web services → application Development features → Tick the CGI option, the relevant screenshot below:
