In Ext, select the Dynamic ComboBox loadrecord.

When you open the form in ext for editing, the loadrecord method is generally used to bind the value of the Form Control.

However, for a Dynamically Loaded ComboBox, only values can be displayed after binding, but names cannot be displayed.

It turns out that you only need to use callback in the load in the store:
