Know to do
If you know, you must do it. If you do, you must have results.
"Know to do" is a short and concise book with a total of only 147 pages. It may help you more if you know who he is.
This book has helped me solve one of my long-standing questions: we have read so many books and participated in so many training courses, but we cannot apply them well, the knowledge gained from the training, even after reading books, and taking part in the training for a week, I forgot everything I did. This is also the problem to be solved in this book:
Information Overload
What are the negative effects of information overload on us:
- It makes us unmotivated.
- If we are always in touch with new knowledgeStop to integrate themAnd put it into practice. If we continue to constantly access new knowledge, our brains will be congested.
- Less refined reading is more conducive to slowly chewing and digesting than a large number of extensive reading until it becomes a part of its own.
- To master something, you must immerse yourself in it until you fully absorb it.
- Keep getting in touch with new information, and occasionally participate in some seminars, or read-only books, these will only make you forget the habit.
- Everyone, including you and me, is always dealing with one or two things, either learning new things or forgetting things. Once something is ignored, we will soon forget it. But when we learn to use the interval repetition to focus on something, we will remember it.
- Read repeatedly, draw out the key points, find out the places to emphasize, write the core ideas, and then review continuously.
- Keep your interest in learning and focus on what we want to actually use. To truly understand a field, you must completely absorb some important information, rather than blindly accessing a large amount of information.
- People should beLearning with less precisionInstead of accessing a large amount of information.
- We can only remember a small part of the information that has only been exposed once.
- To master something, we must firstSelect some key points and repeat them in the next time to fully immerse yourself and continuously improve your knowledge and skills. The key lies in intermittent repetition..
- 12.Once you have mastered your work thoroughly, people will become more creative and even be able to create miracles.
Negative Filter
When we read books, listen to recordings, or watch something, we always judge them with the judge's mind. This is a kind of self-abuse. If a person's filtering system is compromised, it is difficult for him to become a learner. Only a small portion of the information we accept has the opportunity to be remembered, not to mention entering our subconscious, accepted by us, and applied to our daily lives.
Discharge anxiety, negative, indecisive, first-in-judgment, or stick to the attitude of inherent thinking to judge the information you receive, rather than being closed or passive, 100% hear what people around you say and accept, believe, understand, and use information.
This reminds me of the two working modes of the brain (the left brain and the right brain are more intuitive but not accurate), the L mode and the r mode. L model reasoning has strong logic. It is difficult to accept any logic that cannot be understood, understood, or does not conform to its known logic. The r mode is good at overall control and can be used without making any judgment, but the visitor does not refuse to accept the entire order.
Actively listen
One way to solve negative filtering is to listen and learn with an open and positive attitude. In this way, the fertile soil can produce times of fruit from the seeds. Not only can it be absorbed 100% times, but it will also increase your knowledge many times.
- Do not be biased or preemptible.
- With a learning attitude, I am excited about new information.
- With positive expectations.
- Take a pen in your hand and prepare for record.
- With a strong desire, we should not only listen carefully to each other's speech, but also strive to stimulate our imagination.
- With my "how to apply this" attitude.
- This kind of mentality can inspire the "aha" experience and bring you to the peak of your life.
- Once you learn to listen with a positive attitude, you will associate what you hear with other things you have been in touch, you may even come up with some new ways to apply your new knowledge.
- Not only can it be absorbed 100% times, but it will also increase your knowledge many times.
- Probability thinkers are open to new information and constantly looking for opportunities to apply new knowledge they have learned. Their practices are even more than what their teachers, mentors, or coaches can imagine.
- They are potential listeners, potential participants, and potential practitioners.
- A possible mentality will not only bring you lasting changes in attitudes, but also affect your performance and life.
- Keep all the ways in my heart smooth, which brings me to some places I have never thought of before.
- Even if you have a positive and likelihood mentality, You need to repeat it-remember information overload ?.
- Any new ideas, suggestions, feasibility, creativity, and positive view of it.
- Before any negative feedback, we must first consider the positive side and then give feedback.
- "I know that the information I read or hear has some value. Where is it ?"

Lack of follow-up
Learning and developing a learning plan, follow-up plan should be one of the learning plans, just like in the Problem Solving we are learning, There must be follow up after solution. Some people do not have a follow-up plan after they get in touch with new things. Informing, presenting, trying, observing, praising progress and/or correcting are simple and powerful follow-up plans. Never praise people until they fully do the right thing. Watch them practice, praise them, correct them, and let them continue to practice. However, exercises do not help you to be perfect. Only perfect exercises will make you perfect. Where does the perfect exercise come from? Learn from masters and receive their guidance.
Solution
- Stick to notes
- Take notes within 24 hours and summarize things or important ideas that allow you to say "aha.
- Convey the knowledge you have learned to others. Within one week after the training, sort and digest the training knowledge and share it with others.
Suggestions for programmers
We often feel that there are many things to learn. Isn't the problem that we are not doing little but refined, so that we can gain a thorough understanding and start to innovate in this field? Instead of learning a lot of new knowledge, do you need to stop and study it in time to make people more "indifferent to Mingzhi, quiet to go far?
If you know more about training, life, reading, meetings, and other things, you have to find a solution. Otherwise, you will waste a lot of known costs.
