Initial Data Import

How many steps are there to implement the ax project?
1. Streamline enterprise processes;
2. Find the gap;
3. Fill in gap;
4. Data Recording test parameters;
5. Trial Run process.
I think this is basically a huge step. The data recorded in step 1 is divided into several parts:
1. Basic data
These data includes users, currencies, measurement units, and various groups (such as customer groups). These data will not be easily input manually.
2. Primary Data
The data includes the accounting subject, customer, supplier, and materials. The data is master data and only involves one table. This can be achieved through the Excel template provided by the ax system.
3. Initial account
These include the account balance, customer supplier balance, fixed assets and the initial account of the material. this data involves many tables, generally through Journal, such as ledgerjournal or inventjournal, which may be better to write a tool for importing.
During the previous project, a tool was written to import the initial account to import the initial data in the third case. put it here for a backup, because the time is tight and the English label is only Chinese.
