Initiate a communication activity for the team;

To improve the team's technical ability and enthusiasm for learning, I posted my ideas that I had been brewing for a long time in the group today. This is what I learned after I saw a team management blog last week.

 

The idea becomes more and more eager to implement it quickly;

However, I don't know whether my thoughts are immature or others are not interested, and no one in the group has replied to them. I am a little bit ....... (chilling) I think there are few team members now. It is helpful for everyone to form this habit. Alas, the reality is always different from the imagination. If other friends and teams can share this idea, I hope it will be helpful!

Launch activity:

 

Purpose:
It aims to think and summarize in the process of work or study. This ability is required by programmers. Through this activity, we can urge or motivate everyone to think and improve the technical strength and tacit understanding of the entire team; can be part of our team culture;

 

Activity Name:
STC (societyfortechnicalcommunication-Technology Exchange Society );

 

Time:
Every Friday four o'clock P.M. (if there are no special circumstances), it takes an hour;

 

Participants:
Team members

 

Discussion:
The technical points summarized by each participant during their work and study this week;
It can be a summary of the technology during work;
You can also learn new technologies and introduce new technologies by yourself;

 

Discussion Method:

Each participant briefed his/her on his/her learning situation this week and discussed the technical issues during his/her presentation;
In addition, each issue will have a presenter who will detail the content and directions of his learning during this period;
(The presenter of each issue can submit his/her own application in the group before every Wednesday ;)
After the end of each phase, everyone will summarize the key points of this period. The keynote speaker will sort and distribute them to participants;
