Install Apache + PHP4 + MySQL in Win2000

1. decompress the package to c: php4.
2. copy all dll files in the directory to c; do not overwrite the existing dll files in winntsystem32. Copy the php.exe and php. ini-dist files in the directory to c: winnt;

3. install mysql(mysql-3.23.27-beta-win.zip)
