Installing plug-in socketLog-php Tutorial

Question about installing socketLog plug-in 1. refer to this URL

It is mentioned that

Install npm install-g socketlog-server on the server, and run socketlog-server to start the service. A local websocket service will be started, and the listening port is 1229. If you want to run the service in the background: socketlog-server>/dev/null & we provide a public server, you need to apply for client_id: http://slog.thinkphp1.cn/

After I put the downloaded socketlog installation package to the bin directory under the server by running the D drive command

However, the npm install-g socketlog-server command prompts that npm is not an internal or external command.

The requested client_id does not find the configuration.
