Two days after the weekend break, I came to the mutual soft review on Monday. This time we will perform a trial. The question is to simulate the core functions of a permission management system, including logon, Administrator platform, and user platform. It was really cool to sit down and start typing on the keyboard. From half past one P.M. to, someone told me to do it here. First, go to the interview. So I went to the meeting room and interviewed my department manager.

He asked me about my computer situation, and I said that the management permission update was not completed yet. He said that the question can be completed in about two hours. I just said that there was a problem with the SQL Server on the computer, which delayed a lot of time (it is also a fact ).

Then the department manager asked me some technical questions and projects that I had worked on. Besides Reporting services, they answered questions freely. At this time, the person who checks the results of the computer has sent the comments to him. He also got two questions about intelligence and probably got a few details about my situation. He concluded: "You have a certain degree of development experience, but compared with developers who are quite experienced with you, there is still a gap." At this moment, I shook my head and replied with no hesitation: "I don't think so. I have been familiar with. Net development experience and I have not found that the level is higher than mine ."

"It seems that you are quite confident," he said, and then I used my resume to talk about things. I have already made up my mind. I haven't thought about how to jump to your company, but I want to press the salary. Looking at the work environment here, it is not as easy as being able to afford a higher salary. Finally, he said, "but we can still cooperate." Then he said that he would take me to their vice president. Dizzy, such a large company, recruiting a developer to take a test, machine test, and finally had to be decided by the vice president, to crash. But now that we have reached this step, stick to it.

The vice president was in an office upstairs. He was not very old and wore a dark red coat. He seemed to understand some technology and asked technical questions. I can see that he is not very patient, and I am also a little tired. I can say anything when I think of it. Finally, he asked me what other questions I had. I asked the company profile that Huawei had passed the CMMI3 certification and later passed the CMMI5 certification. I heard from my friends from Huawei that the CMMI is very weak, why are you pursuing this certification? He replied that cmme can be both virtual and real. Believe it!

I am not interested. The Vice President closed the door with a bang.

Although this interview experience is not very good, but found some of their own weak links. After returning, it took more than an hour to finish the remaining part of the machine questions. The program structure and performance were satisfactory and I felt like I had taken another step.

On Tuesday, Alibaba Cloud mini HR informed me of the interview results. It was expected, but not good enough. Then she recommended me another job at Microsoft, developed at the msdn SQL Server forum. So I received a telephone interview the next day. Microsoft asked some knowledge about SQL Server advanced applications and data warehouses. Although the requirements for this position may not be enough, after several interviews, I became more confident and would speak clearly and fluently. I only asked a programmer about the factory model. After I finished speaking, he said that you still have a profound understanding of this model.

Haha, although there is a gap between Microsoft and I can get a compliment, now I can do it and increase confidence in the next step. Then I went to Pudong again for an interview with Infosys.

The sun is shining on this day, and it is rare to feel a cool autumn in Shanghai. We were not lucky. We should have changed this time. The only disturbing thing is your English.

Infosys has several Indians dressed in their native costumes in a chic small building in Jidian port. After going up, I made a set of technical questions first. In English, it is not difficult to fill in the blanks. Then, after a while, a Development Manager (Chinese) wearing a brown leather jacket will come over and introduce myself in English first. Then I will talk about my project and current work in English all the way. I can't understand some of the problems, but I can't tell them clearly. I want to say a good sentence, and it's just a coincidence. Later, he thought it was too slow, so he didn't need to say anything in bird's words. But the problem is more acute than one. I guess he knows exactly what I can do.

Then he asked me to ask a few questions and then went out. HR gave me a set of smart questions for me to do, which is also in English. There are many questions, all of which are relatively simple. After that, I waited for a while. Another MM came over, not Infosys, but a human resources company. First, I asked what I was looking forward. I know that there is no bargaining room for such a company. Although I have expectations, I believe that cloud computing will be fair and reasonable here. She interrupted me and said she knew you could offer, but she didn't have time to listen. Next, she spoke about the treatment very quickly. It seems that she is a typical professional Shanghai female with high efficiency. After that, she asked her questions. I said, can the interview result be confirmed today. I think it's almost time to get off work. When will it be?

Finally, hr mm came in again and asked me to fill out a personal data table. There seems to be a problem with the printer. It seems that ink is missing on each sheet of paper. She urged me to fill it out quickly because the shuttle bus is about to open. Finally, some columns are not filled out. She said yes. This table is mainly used for the background of the survey.

Take the Infosys bus to Zhangjiang Metro Station and chat with a marketing manager on the road. This person looks similar to me. I did not expect to graduate for more than 10 years. He is still a returnee.

Once again, I surf the crowd in Zhangjiang, and stood all the way through the subway. I think this interview is still relatively simple, but the results are not clear.
