First, we need to distinguish between XML and HTML.

--Strictly case-sensitive

--There is only one root node

--attribute must use double quotation marks

--no pre-defined tags

--Document declaration <?xml version= "1.0" encoding= "Utf-8" >

To read the XML file, we are using the LINQ method, not the method in file

--xdocument Xdoc = xdocument.load (path)--Can load file
