IOS 7.1.2 released: Fixed Mail and enhanced iBeacon

More than two months after iOS 7.1.1 was released, Apple suddenly released the latest version 7.1.2. Naturally, this is a minor upgrade, mainly focusing on Bug fixes and security improvements.

According to the Apple Knowledge Base Article, iOS 7.1.2 fixes the data transmission problem of third-party attachments such as bar code scanners and the Data Protection Level problem of Mail attachments.

In addition, the connectivity and Stability of iBeacon are enhanced.

As to whether the multiple security vulnerabilities that have been exposed have been fixed, Apple has not explicitly stated that they should be fixed in theory.

In fact, Apple started development of the new version shortly after the release of iOS 7.1.1, and sent it to the carrier for Testing and Certification last week.

IPhone, iPad, and iPod touch users can now upgrade through OTA update.

In addition, Apple TV is upgraded to version 6.2.
