IronPython's Hello World

In the previous article "Write winform program with Ironpython", I wrote a display form. In this article, I added a button and clicked the pop-up dialog box.

Use NotePad to write a text file with the following content:

# Import namespace
From System. Windows. Forms import *
From System. Drawing import *

# Form
F = Form ()
F. Text = "Python Hello World"
# Button
B = Button ()
B. Text = "Click Me"

F. Controls. Add (B)

# Define button events
Def buttonClick (data, event ):
MessageBox. Show ("Hello World !! ")

B. Click + = buttonClick
F. ShowDialog ()

Save it as another or change it to The py suffix. Here it is saved as the test. py file.
