After less than a year of graduation, I did research and development in a good small company. The company was well-paid, but unfortunately we did a very low position in the company. I can say that I am the lowest-paying engineer in the company's R & D department.

I am very happy here. I am still well-paid compared with my classmates, and the company's environment is also very good. However, if you think of the future, you will feel that the future is slim. I don't know where to go if I work in a non-software company.

If you wait for a raise, it is estimated that the increase is not very large. If I change jobs, I have never experienced the work model of a formal software company. I don't know if I can adapt to this society ................
