First, the event flow describes the order in which events are accepted from the page.

Event capture and event bubbling:

The event stream of IE is event bubbling, bubbling to the Window object. (HTML elements are skipped before IE9, jumping directly from body to document)

Event capture: Contrary to the idea of event bubbling, the less specific node should receive the information of the event first, and the most specific node should finally receive the event information. (IE9 also supports)

Dom Event Flow:

It is divided into three stages: event capture, in the target phase, and event bubbling.

The event stream is not supported by browsers prior to IE9.

An event handler is a function that responds to an event, also known as an event listener.

HTML Event Handlers: You cannot use non-escaped characters because the value is JS.
