JavaScript-Questions about URL paths?

这样一种情况：index.php(主体文件)：    link.php： 链接表单form.php就这三个文件，访问是从 index.php 进入的。要解释的是：  点击 '链接表单' 按钮 ---》 在content.php中显示显示 form.php 的内容。  点击 form.php 的提交按钮，链接为什么就指向了: /form/form.php ？？就是不清楚这样的链接，求大神解决？？
