Requirement Analysis

The office integrated cabling system supports the exchange of computer network systems, telephone voice systems, and two systems. · Establish a reasonable, efficient, and advanced open cabling system;

· Considering the upgrade potential of desktop applications to 100BASE-TX and further to ATM to desktop, the horizontal transmission channel must support 100 Mbps data transmission rate;
System Structure
Based on the actual situation of the owner, we suggest using the following scheme: using a centralized structure, all 120 twisted pair wires in the new office area are pulled to the data center. the twisted pair wires are directly connected to the modular distribution frame in the Cabinet. The system structure is shown in the figure below.
Material Selection
Based on the user's needs, choose the company's wiring product as the main material for our system. The Panel adopts the 86-type panel exclusive to Lucent, which meets the requirements of the 86-level baseline box of the national standard. It is the same as the base box and Panel of the strong electrical system, and looks neat and beautiful.
5 categories of products are used for standard cabling. Each working space is a dual-hole outlet: A computer outlet and a telephone outlet (dual-voice plug-in for some workstations ).. The Cabinet end adopts the 48-port modular distribution frame of Lucent. Telephone and computer can be exchanged at will.
Recommended Route laying for pipe trough Design of cabling system:
· Because the unshielded twisted pair wires are installed and do not have high requirements on grounding, it is recommended that the cables be grounded at the Main Trough connected to the Cabinet.
· The specification of the cable slot is determined as follows: the cross-sectional area of the cable slot is 40% surplus for expansion, and the cross-sectional area of over 5 twisted wires is 0.3 cm².
· Note the isolation from strong electrical channels during installation. The cabling system should avoid having to walk more than 3 meters without shielding and distance less than 20cm from strong electrical lines. If it cannot be avoided, block isolation measures should be taken for the cable slot.
· The cable cables entering the furniture are routed from the nearest ceiling trough along the partition wall to the ground, and buried pipes are routed from the ground boring trough to the furniture partition.
· Pipe slot transition, interface should not have burrs, and Line Slot transition should be smooth.
· When there are more than two elbows in the pipe line, the split box must be left.
· The installation of the wall-mounted bottom box should be more than 30 cm away from the ground and be highly parallel to other bottom boxes.

Detailed Design of subsystems
Workspace Subsystem
According to the design scheme: a total of 120 computer phone calls. A total of two ports and 60 panels are required, and there are 120 modules in the cat5e information module. Level Subsystem
The horizontal subsystem is used to extend the main subsystem line to the user workspace subsystem. Similar to computer cabling, telephone cabling allows the owner to conveniently manage and flexibly choose the jumper mode by setting a computer port and a telephone port at the same office location. At the same time, telephone and computer wiring are over five lines to ensure interchangeable.
The horizontal subsystem consists of 8-core unshielded twisted pair wires. Common twisted pair wires include three types of wires and five types of wires. Three types of lines can be used for telephone and 16 Mbps data transmission; over five types of lines can transmit data at a speed of up to 100 Mbps. To meet future expansion requirements and maximize investment protection, this solution adopts a category-5 line model.
The cables are connected to the Information sockets in each work zone from the Main Wiring room, that is, the data center. The information points of each region are extracted according to the specific layout. Trunk Subsystem
The vertical trunk subsystem connects data terminal devices, program-controlled switches, and management subsystems. In this project, all users are on two layers, so there is a vertical subsystem.
Management Subsystem
The distribution frame management module is used to connect with horizontal twisted pair wires. The advanced and common 19 "standard modular distribution frame is used.
The computer wiring uses a single hop mode, and the Jumper jumps between the hub and the distribution frame. Jumper adopts over 5 types of UTP and RJ45 connectors. We provide a unique HUB jumper with a yellow patch cord. Considering the fixed length after adjustment, each patch cord has undergone multi-index testing by five types of testers, it fully meets all patch cord indicators specified by the standard and supports data transmission rates exceeding MB. The patch cord is added at both ends of the patch cord to correspond to the number, which avoids inconvenience in future management and facilitates management.
To ensure the appearance and convenience of management, the standard 19 cabinets, wiring equipment and network equipment are fixed on the cabinets.
The distribution frame management uses a table to record the cabling routes based on information such as seats and Department units. It is identified to facilitate maintenance personnel identification and management. Various corresponding information tables are provided in the document.

Sub-system master data center)
The Inter-device subsystem provides information management and information transmission services for various information devices (such as computer network interconnection devices and programmable switches) in the Integrated Wiring System. For computer network systems, it includes network HUB devices, Network Intelligent exchange HUB (Intelligent Switcher) and device connection lines. We have adopted a standard 19 "Cabinet that can be integrated with switches and hubs to facilitate unified management. It connects the output lines of computers and network devices through the trunk subsystem to form an important part of the computer network of the system. At the same time, it controls the routes of all the total distribution frames (MDF) through the jumper of the distribution frames.
The other end of the horizontal subsystem is connected here. The subsystem between devices is the essence of Integrated Wiring. the flexible jumper between the voice System and the computer network is achieved through the Jumper between the distribution frame. It is the place where sub-systems are installed between devices.
