I have recently learned agile scrum, making it easy for me. The original project can also do this. Using agile for projects is really agile.
The agile idea is to embrace change and never fear it. Continuous improvement makes the current task the greatest value. Agility is oriented to customers and the market to achieve the maximum value of products.
Agility emphasizes self-control of the team. The team is not hierarchical and highly integrated. Everyone in the team can freely choose what they are good at or what they like. However, in each iteration, the goals we need to accomplish are the same. Each iteration is used to generate available functions, that is, available story. You must have a demo at the sprint review meeting. The Sprint review is also a good thing. Summing up this sprint, learn how to develop and do well, and avoid the occurrence of bad tasks in the next sprint.
Scrum master is a very important role in agile. He takes control of the overall implementation and pace of scrum. The problem must be solved in a timely manner.
Currently, in the development process, the company uses Flow Stage Control + agile methods, including waterfall stage control, such as initial research, demand, and R & D. However, in the R & D stage, the agile approach is emphasized. Of course, this method is still in the trial phase. In my opinion, these two types conflict with each other. Phase Control emphasizes planning and control, and a large number of validation actions will be performed in the early stage. These actions may be ineffective or even wasted in the later stage of the project. What agile emphasizes is true. To adapt to constant changes, each iteration will make a more precise plan (of course, it will not take long). It is usually light-planned. Agility emphasizes the continuous refinement of requirements and the essenceCode(Post-reconstruction, review, etc ).
In the future, we will further analyze the company's practical problems with agility. Now my agility is just getting started.
