As a software engineering team, the following three elements are indispensable: Support, sharing, responsibility, and cooperation.
Sharing is another key element of an outstanding technical team. It is one of the cornerstones of the team. Only through sharing can the team achieve the effect of 1 + 1> 2. Sharing is also an important way for the team to avoid detours as a whole. Sharing is inseparable from the compilation of concise and high-quality documents. The team should regard documents as an important component of knowledge and experience accumulation, leaving only some code or something that makes people feel a little irresponsible. Apart from documents, it is also critical to hold seminars within the team to share the knowledge, experience and lessons learned. Only by sharing knowledge can we feel more calm in the Knowledge Age.
Cooperation is an indispensable cornerstone for excellent technical teams. Cooperation is the root cause for building a team. Otherwise, you only need to "fight for individual soldiers. Mutual assistance is an external manifestation of cooperation. Cooperation can be made more "seamless" only through mutual assistance. In addition, cooperation cannot be separated from communication. Open and full communication are essential for cooperation.
Finally, responsibility is placed in the middle of the triangle shown in the figure. It is the driving force for refinement, sharing and cooperation. Responsibilities can be very small, either for the family, for the customer, or for the industry, all these responsibilities will drive us to build an outstanding technical team. Responsibility is also inseparable from our integrity and faithfully fulfilling our commitments.
