Let Excel automatically hide cells with a value of 0

Source: Internet
Author: User

Two ways to hide 0 values:

1, with conditional format. Click Column B, select all B columns (and, of course, b2:b1000), format-conditional formatting-cell values-equal to-0, and then set the condition, which means when it's equal to 0 o'clock. Again (right) format-font-color-click on the white in the right, OK. This way, when any cell value in column B is 0 o'clock, it becomes white and invisible. Requires a cell to be white without a fill color.

2. Formula method: Add an If function on the basis of the original formula. The main meaning of the grammar is: =if (the original formula = 0, "", the original formula) to explain: When the formula value is 0 o'clock, display a space, not 0 o'clock to display the calculated value.
