In the previous article we configured a failover cluster to support the Hyper-V role, and set the Win2008 virtual machines in Hyper-V to High availability virtual machines. In this article we will install the operating system for the Win2008 virtual machine, and we are ready to install a 32-bit Windows Server 2008 on the virtual machine.
As shown in Figure 1, the Server1 node is expanded in Server1 's "Failover Cluster Manager" and we can see that there is a Server1 virtual machine under the Win2008 node. Select "Start virtual machines" to start the VM for operating system installation.

As shown in Figure 2, after placing the Windows Server 2008 installation CD in the Win2008 virtual machine, accept the default installation settings and click "Next" to continue.
