Logo making with light border movement

How do you make a logo like the one shown below?

No hurry! The following is done under Firework MX, FW 4.0 may have some different commands!
New 88x31 size of the image, selected custom this, the background optional, and then press ctrl+= four times, so that it magnified to 400 times times, and then use Marguee tool tools, in the background is a hit, and then press CTRL + A to select all, and then execute the select/ Contract marquee order, bounce out the box fill 1PX and then press Ctrl+shift+i as shown below:

Then fill in a darker color with the oil bucket tool. As shown in figure:

Create a new layer, and then use Line tool tool to draw a long 14px, wide 1px lines, set to white, transparency of 75%, and then draw a long 6px, wide 1px white straight line, and then the figure coincide put together by Ctrl+g to combine.

Then clone one out and perform modify/transform/rotate 90 to 90 degrees. And finally clone one, then put these four straight lines in their corresponding position, as shown in figure:

Then set the layer to a shared layer.
Then select the upper left corner of the line to move downward, press modify/animation/animation selection, fill in the frame of 6 frames, click OK, and then hold down the red dot, dragged into the following figure:

In the upper left corner ready to move to the right line, press Modify/animation/animation selection, in the frame to fill in 14 frames.
Choose the following to perform the same command, but frames 20, and then drag his position to the following figure:

Remember to put the position of frame 5th to the beginning of this diagram, so that the first 5 frames are empty, so that its 5th frame just to the diagram.
The last one, of course, is the same. Execute the above command, frames is also 20 frames, of course the last one is to leave only the last 5 frames on the image, eventually the four animation symbol in the following image:

Go back to the first level and add the text you want! In this paper, 04-8 number of fonts as an example, enter the agreed animation, set a good size to determine. Then the shadow and Glow/glow command in the effect in the property panel, as shown in figure:

OK, it's done! The final step, the output execution File/export Preview, pop-up window as shown:

Select the above animation label, the first frame is set to 2/100s as shown in Figure 2 on the line! Export SAVE! A new border movement logo is born.
