1. system messages include:
Master information block (MIB)
Multiple System information blocks (SIBs)
2 MIB
- Carried on BCCH --> BCH --> pbch
- Including a limited number of the most important and commonly used transmission parameters (such as system bandwidth, system frame number, and phich configuration information) used to read information of other cells)
- Time Domain: adjacent to the synchronous channel, with 10 MS as the cycle retransmission four times
- Frequency Domain: 72 sub-carriers (1.08 MHz) located in the center of the system bandwidth)
3 sibs
- System information except MiB, including sib1 ~ Sib12;
- Except sib1, SiB2 ~ Sib12 is carried by Si (system information;
- Sib1 is the most important system information except MIB. It is fixed to retransmit four times in 20 ms, that is, sib1 in every two wireless frames (20 ms) sub-frame #5 re-transfer (SFN mod 2 = 0, SFN mod 8 is not equal to 0) once. If SFN mod 8 = 0 is met, the content of sib1 may change, new upload once;
- Sib1 and all Si messages are carried on BCCH --> DL-SCH --> pdsch;
- Sib1 transmission is completed by carrying the SI-RNTI (each cell in the SI-RNTI is the same) pdcch scheduling;
- Schedulinginfolist in sib1 carries all Si scheduling messages. After receiving sib1, it can receive other SI messages.
