Type= ' number ' is typically used when the input box needs to be entered

But the input box has

Up and down small arrows

Under Chrome:

Input::-webkit-outer-spin-button,input::-webkit-inner-spin-button {    -webkit-appearance: none!important;     margin: 0;}

Under Firefox:

input[type= "number"] {-moz-appearance:TextField;}

The second scenario:

Change type= "number" to Type= "Tel", same as the numeric keypad, but no arrows.

The third scenario:

<type= "text"  pattern= "[0-9]*"/>A pattern of \d* 'll also work.
