Problem:
1. Lync 2013 dial Phone 13612345678, normal
2. But suddenly found that the call is not normal, can not dial the phone
3. Unplug the switchboard from the outside line, then unplug 0, the reception desk can answer the telephone
4. Lync 2013 can sign in
5. After you sign in to Lync 2013, you find:

Troubleshooting:
1. Search-internet-Discovery
Reason:
Because there are edge servers in the topology in Lync Server 2013, there is no deployment.
2. Press 1 for the reason, certainly not, I have deployed
3. Remote Edge Server discovery

5. Log in internally via Lync, unplug the phone normally
6. Summary
If your Lync 2013 environment is all right, if your Edge server's service does not start, you may not be able to dial the phone by logging on internally via Lync 2013.
