Sometimes Web page loading Java version of the Vncviewer will fail, most of the time is the security settings, some are not installed Java.

You can use the software version of Vncviewer Http://down.kvm.la/windows/vncviewer.zip

Found under Console page, VNC connection parameters, ip/port/password

Vncviewer software version of the connection format is IP address: port number such as 192.0.0.2:6114
