I have recently been busy with permission management projects. This project is also under the guidance of others. In the project development process, my "Header" puts forward very strict requirements for each step.

Through this project, he is trying to re-establish an independent thinking ability, which neither can seek answers from others, I cannot find answers from my existing knowledge base in my brain, so that I can discover and solve problems from a new, rational, and insightful perspective.

This project is still in progress, but I have gained a lot from it through my personal guidance. I want to get a lot from the "head" through this project.

"Daily report is sent every day. It is best to state your problems. Every day, you have to plan and learn according to the plan. If you do not know how to ask in time, make a summary in time. We will hold regular meetings to take a look at the problems you encountered during the learning process, analyze the learning methods, sum up the learning experience, and make progress together ", I once told two "Students" I led.

I usually lead these two "Students" to help them learn. I can learn a lot through these two students, such as how to manage them and how to discover problems they encounter in learning, and how to use and use proper methods to solve their problems. While training them, I am working hard and learning.

We have always been talking about this topic.

When we are teaching, we will know what we are confused about. There will always be a situation where I have fully understood this problem, but when I explain it myself, I find that I have not explained it thoroughly and clearly, you will find a lot of confusions.

Of course, when we are learning, we will find our shortcomings. Our learning methods are not good, we will patronize them, and we will not think independently. Therefore, no matter which aspect we are in, we need to do it with our heart.

 

Learning to see what you get is not a question of responsibility and curiosity at all.

People who we all preach should have a sense of responsibility, and those who learn should have a desire for knowledge. I feel that this is not a question of sense of responsibility or desire for knowledge. This is why I did not see my gains.
