We all know that in the construction of network cabling, a building usually needs to be deployed with thousands of Network cables or other cables. In this way, you must use cable trays for cabling. I wonder if you have said the following during the construction:
1. Wire laying
This problem often occurs when the cable tray is laid. When you drag multiple bundle cables to the destination, the network cable is often drawn from the edge of the bridge or stuck on the bracket of the bridge tray, in addition, cables are often damaged, which has a certain impact on our construction progress. If there are enough manpower, it is not a problem, even if there are not enough human hands and more insertion points.
My solution is to fix a bellows on the cable tray at each insertion point. When laying the cable, first route the cable out of the pipe and then put it into the cable tray for cabling, after the data center has enough lines left, it will return to the insertion point groups and tie them to the cable tray to avoid the problems mentioned above. Because there is no such laying product, I have never seen it), so we can only use this simple method of pipe laying. What I want is a lightweight, durable, and easy to disassemble.

2. Wire pulling
There are two ways to install the cable tray. One is to use the T-section steel as a bracket to fix the cable tray on the wall, the other is to use a pole fixed on the top of the tent to hold the bridge in the middle of the air. The first method has fewer obstacles in wire laying and wire dropping, but the second method of cable tray has a pole every one meter or so, which is very troublesome when the cable is pulled, I think everyone will use a wooden stick and other things to bring the wire forward, so will we. We use a four-meter-long PVC straight pipe. When using a multi-wire harness, we usually use two connected PVC straight pipes, in this way, there will be another person in the distance between eight to nine meters to relay. When the harness is small, you can add a straight pipe at will. The PVC straight pipe is used because it is relatively light and can be bent within a certain radius. The disadvantage is that the bending radius cannot be too large or it is easy to break. Large companies may use glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe used during construction of telecom power. It has the characteristics of high bending strength, great tension, and good toughness.
In addition, it is easy to drag lines and send lines in an empty bridge, but there are already many cables in the bridge, when we use a straight pipe or a special threading pipe to send a line to the groove, it will often be entangled by other cables or stuck in the bridge connection. At this time, we use the following simple method: cut off the bottom of an empty mineral spring bottle and place it on the front end of the straight pipe or the tractor head of the special pipe threading), so that it will carry the cable like a ship, ride the wind and waves, brave forward.

3. Ephemeral Disks
The license plate is also the name I gave. We all know that the network cable is a machine-prepared coil, which can be easily extracted from the middle of the carton. However, other cables are discharged clockwise from the inside and outside, and are spring-like when being drawn from the inner ring. coaxial cables must be dropped straight before they can be used, otherwise, it is easy to screw off the copper core; it is easy to split the entire bundle of wire from the outer ring, so I have always wanted to create a swap disk. Have you ever seen the optical fiber tray during the construction of China Telecom? We can use it to reduce its proportion in our Cabling Work.

4. Another method of using the ripple Canal
In the project, do I have to use steel wires for cabling? But when I use them directly, they often roll and wrap them together. It is also a headache to keep them safe, are there any good solutions to this problem. I will introduce a method that proved to be useful in practice. This is also the way I see electricians on other construction sites. It is very simple, that is, using a line pipe. Take a 70 or 80 cm rib, then wear the wire from it, and then connect one end of the wire with tape to the wire of another pipe port, forming a ring shape. Then, we will continue to wear steel wires in the direction we just put on. In this way, more and more steel wires will be inserted in the pipe, so we don't need to use this method.

When you don't need it, wear it clockwise. When you use it, place it in the opposite direction, so that the wire won't be messy. If you don't use this method, try it quickly. It's very useful. If you have time to measure the length of the steel wire, set it to 5, 10, and 20.
