Modify the default encoding of MySQL and tomcat

The default encoding has been used for many times recently !!! I feel like it is much better, saving a lot of gibberish!

1. Modify the default MySQL encoding in the terminal

The default value is Latin !!

Set names utf8

2. Modify the default Tomcat encoding.

In actual projects, UTF-8 is generally used, while Tomcat's default encoding isIso-8859-1,

So we usually edit the server. xml under CONF/, configure the connector item, and add the property uriencoding = "UTF-8.
