Modify the default Tomcat Encoding

Find the server. xml file in the conf file in the tomcat installation path and modify the file as follows:

<Connector Port = "8080" protocol = "HTTP/1.1"
Connectiontimeout = "20000"
Redirectport = "8443" uriencoding = "UTF-8"/>

Add the uriencoding attribute and restart the service.

Note:

If you do not set the uriencoding attribute, when the web service access, the Chinese passed on the URL can not be correctly decoded, or by ISO-8859-1 encoding, to the background will be garbled!
