It has been more than half a year since I came to this company. During this period, product development has almost ended and went online. However, there are not many new users and the user retention rate is very low, which is very low at around 10%.
Let me talk about some personal ideas:
Yidian Test
Obviously, our team does not have a test. All tests rely on individual tests and collective use tests, obviously, the coverage rate of the test case is not very high (I think this is a problem with some entrepreneurial teams ).
So there will be some problems when going online, and we will solve them as soon as possible.
When using the product, the user will question the reliability of the product and think that this is a poor product, which leads to the loss of users.
So I want to say that although a product cannot have no bugs, I think it is best to reduce bugs, especially some crash events.
Ii. User Experience and Business Process Optimization
1. User Experience
100% of people will think that attracting users' attention is the product design. Of course, a good design will definitely increase the product's segmentation, thereby increasing the user's retention rate.
But it is also obvious that a good design is not so easy to do, but with this consciousness and philosophy, I believe that a good design will be made.
2. Business Process
Obviously, it is right to treat users as fools.
We cannot complicate the operational processes of some businesses. Although the background code is very complicated, we must simplify and popularize the business processes presented to users as much as possible.
There are also some processes that are really difficult to optimize, and you need to give users enough tips and Guidance (for example, some operation demonstrations and product introductions will be displayed when an app is opened for the first time ).
