• Create a backup directory. Here, use/root/bak/mysql as an example:

  cd   mkdir bakcd bakmkdir mysql

• Touch an sh in/usr/sbin:

  cd /usr/sbintouch myDBbackup.sh

  The content is as follows:

  #!/bin/bash#Name:myDBbackup.sh  backupdir=bak/mysql  time=` date +%Y%m%d%H%M `mysqldump --login-path=local appleague | gzip > $backupdir/myDB$time.sql.gz

• Mysqldump does not support entering the password directly in the command line. You need to perform the following operations:

  mysql_config_editor set --login-path=local --host=localhost --user=username --password

  Then you can log on like this:

  mysql --login-path=local  -e "statement"

• Set scheduled execution
  Maybe you can write it in/etc/crontab and/etc/init. d/crond restart.
  However, you can also enter crontab-e to enter vim, and write the following format:

  0 2 * * * sh /usr/sbin/myDBbackup.sh

• Manual recovery:

  gunzip  xxx.gzmysql -u root -p --default-character-set=utf8use myBDsource /root/bak/mysql/xx.sql
