MySQL configuration file encoding modification failed

Online to find a lot of methods, many are wrong results also released, simply pit Dad Ah!!!

Later forgot where to find the modified method, shared out:

Find the My-default.ini or My.ini editor in the MySQL installation directory:

[Client]
Default-character-set=utf8

[Mysqld]
init_connect= ' SET collation_connection = Utf8_unicode_ci '
init_connect= ' SET NAMES UTF8 '
Character-set-server=utf8
Collation-server=utf8_unicode_ci
Skip-character-set-client-handshake

Through the above configuration and restart the service on the line, remember not to configure the Default-character-set=utf8 in [Mysqld], will be error
