1. Initialize MySQL
   After unpacking, open the command line (CMD) into the MySQL bin directory input initialize mysql command:

mysqld --initialize-insecure

2. Add Environment variables
Copy bin directory such as: D:\mysql-5.7.21-winx64\bin
Computer--Properties--Advanced system settings-environment variables--System variables--variable (Path)
Double-click on the value of the variable at the end of the ";" semicolon and then paste the bin directory into the point to confirm it.

3. Start the MySQL service
net start mysql

4. Running MySQL
   On the command line, enter (the password is empty):
   mysql -u root -p
