MySQL ID sort of a messy solution

May be in the table in the data to delete a row of data, resulting in an ID vacancy, the following is the solution I used: (Please back up, MySQL backup method see mysql->mysql backup )

Use Alter drop to delete the original ID field:

ALTER TABLE DROP Field name

Add a new ID field:

ALTER TABLE ADD ID field type [autogrow] [primary key]

Here you can use first or after to control the location of the newly added field;

For example, the first example added to a table:

ALTER TABLE ADD ID field type [autogrow] [primary key] First

After adding to a field:

ALTER TABLE ADD ID field type [autogrow] [primary key] after original field
