MySQL installation 1045 error solution (absolutely classic)

I tried to install MySQL after I redo the system yesterday. Next-> next-> I'm excited ~~~~ You can't install it. It's 1045 wrong. It's just a little tricky.

I asked Baidu for help. I checked for 1045 Errors for half a day. I checked it online and said it was a password or user permission problem. However, I have been thinking that I am using a root user.
