Mysql-python installation process sharing in Linux environment _python

1. First confirm that Python version is 2.3.4 or more, if you don't need to upgrade the Python version

Python-v Check python version

2. Install MySQL, such as installed in the/usr/local/mysql directory

3. Download mysql-python-1.2.2.tar.gz
Address https://sourceforge.net/projects/mysql-python/

4. Install Mysql-python

Copy Code code as follows:

Tar xvzf mysql-python-1.2.2.tar.gz
CD mysql-python-1.2.2
VI site.cfg

Remove Mysql_config =/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql_config before this line and set the Mysql_config path to correct.

Python setup.py Build
sudo python setup.py install

Installation Complete

5. Test

Running: Python

Import MySQLdb

If there is no error, the instructions are installed.
