For different technologies on the network, we need to conduct multiple methods and methods for troubleshooting wireless network faults. Here we will provide a detailed description. With the increasing demand for network applications, more and more users depend on the network in terms of their daily lives and work. In order to efficiently and conveniently surf the Internet, many offices choose low-cost wireless routers to form a wireless LAN. However, while enjoying the convenience of surfing the internet, we often encounter various kinds of wireless network faults. In the face of these troubles, many Internet users are often unable to cope with them, thus affecting the Internet access efficiency. In view of this, this article provides a thorough analysis of common wireless Internet access faults and provides countermeasures. We hope these contents can expand your ideas.

Wireless network troubleshooting: abnormal data sending and receiving status

Sometimes, open the display window of the wireless network connection status, we will find that the wireless network connection can only send packets, but cannot accept packets from outside, and this time wireless Internet access is not normal. In the event of such a wireless network failure, we can log on to the wireless router background system and run the ping command in the background system to test the DNS server address provided by the local ISP, check whether the ping is normal. If the ping is normal, the communication between the wireless router and the Internet is normal. Otherwise, we need to check the Internet configuration of the wireless router.

When we confirm that the wireless router communicates with the Internet normally, we can select a client system from the wireless LAN and use the ping command to test the gateway address of the wireless LAN, if the ping is normal, it means that the Intranet of the wireless LAN is smooth. Otherwise, we need to check whether the connection parameters between the client system and the wireless router match. If the ping test operation is normal but the data sending and receiving status is still abnormal, we can check the DNS parameters of the wireless router and the gateway parameters of the client system; when we confirm that all these parameter settings are normal, we also need to check whether the NAT configuration is correct in the wireless router, because this parameter is improperly set, it is particularly prone to abnormal sending and receiving status of client system data.

Wireless network troubleshooting: Abnormal Web page access

When we can only communicate with QQ and MSN in a wireless LAN, but cannot normally access the Web page content, we must first check whether the DNS server address used by the client system is valid normally, if you cannot confirm, you can try to replace a valid DNS server for testing.

When the DNS server is working normally and the Web page access is still abnormal, we need to check whether the wireless router has enabled the UPnP function, because this function can pass through the firewall restrictions, ensure that Web page access is not restricted by the firewall. When you enable the UPnP function of the wireless router, you only need to enter the background System of the device and find the LAN setting options, set UPnP function parameters to "Enable", and save the preceding settings.

If only a few client systems in the wireless LAN cannot access the Web page normally, most of the problems are caused by the client system itself. For example, the client system is infected with a network virus, however, Network Viruses may cause excessive consumption of system CPU resources. In this case, we can try to use the new anti-virus software to scan and kill viruses. In addition, if the IE browser of the client system is damaged, it may also cause abnormal Web page access. In this case, we can consider using professional repair tools to fix ie browsers. Of course, if we use IE8.0, you can directly open the Internet option settings window of IE browser, go to the "advanced" tab page, and simply click the "reset" button (1 ), then, the IE browser will be able to work normally, and the network access may be restored.
