Open the original copy of a layer, and then perform the image-> image application specific parameters set the following figure

Create a gradient mapping adjustment, and then change the layer blending mode to "color darker", and select the Black Brush tool to paint the nose and the hair part slightly.

Create a new layer fill color: #BddddD, and then change the layer blending mode to "soft light" and press copy layer

Use the shortcut key to pull out >> stamped layer, with the deepening tool appropriate dimming, and then use Topaz filter sharpening, adjust to their desired effect on OK
