Notice on wiring: Requirements for grid-Shaped Cable trough laying
When laying cables for the active floor, the clearance value in the active floor should not be less than 150 Gb/s; if the live floor is used as the air duct of the ventilation system, the clearance value in the floor should not be less than 300 Gb/s.
(1) The groove and grid groove must be hooked.
(2) The groove cover can be opened and flat with the ground. The cover and outlet should adopt waterproof measures.
(3) The groove width should be less than 600 Gb/s.
(4) When laying cables for the active floor, the clearance value in the active floor should not be less than 150 Gb/s; if the live floor is used as the ventilation duct of the ventilation system, the clearance value in the floor should not be less than 300 Gb/s.
(5) When the public column is used as the ceiling support, a cable can be laid in the column. The support points of the pillar should avoid the corresponding positions of the groove and the cable trough, and the support should be firm.
(6) cabling of different types of cables should be separated (separated by metal plates) in the metal groove at the same time. Metal Cable groove cables must comply with the design requirements.
Trunk subsystem Cable Laying support protection should meet the following requirements:
◆ Cables must not be placed in the elevator or pipe shaft.
◆ Intercommunication between trunk channels should be established.
◆ The holes of cables in the shaft passing through each floor are rectangular or circular. The rectangular hole size should not be less than 300 ㎜ × 100 ㎜; at least three circular steel pipes should be installed at the circular holes, and the diameter should not be less than 100 ㎜.
(7) When the information point position and cable laying mode of the work area are not fixed, or the work area uses cables under the carpet, the work area should be configured with a junction box, with a service area of about 80 cm² square meters.
