Methods: Object-oriented analysis, design, programming, testing, maintenance. Concepts: Object, class, encapsulation, inheritance, message, association, aggregation, polymorphism. Model concepts: systems, models and views, and the importance of software modeling. Unified Modeling Language UML is a visualization that can be used for detailed description and documentation of the construction language. UML consists of views, diagrams, model elements, and public mechanisms. Common diagrams: Use case diagrams, class diagrams, Sequence diagrams, state diagrams.
