  Create a project

To start a Django project, you just need to run the startproject command.

Step1.Open CMD and go to the path where you want to create a project.

C: \ Users \ Administrator> D:

Step2.Run the following command:

D: \ django-admin.py startproject webapp

By executing the above command, we will see the newly generated webapp folder on disk D. Double-click to open the folder and we will see the following directory structure.

Manage. py
Webapp \
_ Init __. Py
Settings. py
URLs. py
Wsgi. py Create a projectDjango-admin.py startproject mysite
