Only sharing can make progress together

I have just held a seminar on the simple law in the company. The experiences of the Conference are as follows: 1. Simplicity is just a simple representation, and it may be a complicated system. 2. The "heart" is more important to the user's "mental model ". 3. It is possible to focus on ue. 4. Be kind to products if everything works. 5. You must pay attention to methods and practices in a simple way, and cannot follow suit. 6. If the product is meaningless, simplicity will be meaningless. 7. In the early stage, only 80% of users can be satisfied, so that the product can learn users' usage habits and adapt to the remaining 20% through automatic adjustment. These things are not thoroughly understood during reading and understanding. They are gradually understood through explanations and post-meeting discussions. Therefore, they should not always be teachers, but learn to interact, share and make progress together.
