Check the dual table. It may be that the dual table has multiple rows of data. Delete all data and insert 'x '.
[SYS @ orcl] SQL> select * from dual;
DU
--
X
[SYS @ orcl] SQL> delete from dual;
One row has been deleted.
[SYS @ orcl] SQL> select * from dual;
DU

[SYS @ orcl] SQL> delete from dual;

[SYS @ orcl] SQL> select * from dual;

[SYS @ orcl] SQL> select * from dual;
Unselected row
[SYS @ orcl] SQL> insert into dual values ('x ');
One row has been created.
[SYS @ orcl] SQL> COMMIT;
Submitted.
[SYS @ orcl] SQL> conn test1
Enter the password:
Connected.
[TEST1 @ orcl] SQL> drop table;
The table has been deleted.
The strange thing is why the dual table has two more rows of records and I didn't insert data. Study again when you are free.
