oracle11g Exporting empty Tables

--to the existing table is performed as follows, to be statistically analyzed after num_rows=0 accurate

oracle11g default does not assign segment to empty tables, so empty tables are not exported when using EXP to export oracle11g databases.
When the Deferred_segment_creation parameter is set to False, both the empty table and the non-empty table are assigned segment.

In Sqlplus, execute the following command:
Sql>alter system set Deferred_segment_creation=false;
Sql>show parameter deferred_segment_creation;
This value is set only after the newly added table, which does not work for the previously established empty table
