Order Capture-Sales order customization You can customize the Sales Order window appearance to meet your needs. All orders and row blocks (including the lookup window) are designed as folder blocks. You can hide, show, and change the appearance of your folders.
Allow customizations that you can customize from these possible choices.
- Hide an item (text Item, check box, pop-up list, option group)
Note: If you want to display a currently hidden field in the Sales Order Header Area window (a single row folder block), you should first hide one of the currently displayed fields. In a single row folder block, the Show field action places a new field under the field where the current cursor is located.
Note: In multiple row folder blocks, the Show field action places a new field next to the field where the current cursor is located.
Note: If the Show field action is performed in a fixed area of a sales line window, you will receive an error message with no additional fields available for display. Also do not hide the required items when the order is entered or registered (without default values).

Note: (default) The hidden field is shipped to this to display the internal address. For example, suppose you want to send a package to XYZ Company's James Smith. The company address is Alcatel Drive,dallas,tx,james Smith address is building 3,mail Stop 3624.
Note: The shipping to address will be displayed as XYZ offices,500 Alcatel DRIVE,DALLAS,TX (the address of the XYZ mail office).
Shipping to will be displayed as internal shipping address: James smith,building 3,mail Stop 3624.
The sales order line item Main tab lists all the additional available data items (in the sales order Line main label folder that are embedded or default).
